Aleppo chile peppers are also Known as aleppo pepper and aleppo pepper seeds. The Aleppo chiles are primarily grown in Turkey and Northern Syria. These sweet, sharp tasting chiles with moderate heat do not overpower a dish but does add an authentic Mediterranean flavor. Great on any red meats (beef, lamb) or chicken. Also delicious in many different types of soups.

Until about 5 years ago, Aleppo Chile Pepper was not available in the U.S. because it was only grown in Syria, but now it's grown in Turkey. This is the best-tasting chili flake in the world!
