Best almond extract out there!
SO yummy and holds up well when baking. Only recommendation is to put it in a glass container - my unopened bottle has my pantry smelling like almond extract when I open the door. Concerns me about if it plastic chemicals could be leaching into the emulsion. I'm transferring mine to a glass container.

The secret!
I have quit using extracts in favor of emulsions and my almond paste is over the top!! The pure almond flavor shines through and I’ll never go back!

Amazing stuff
I use this in my coffee and in my pancake mix and just about everything you can imagine. It's really really incredible and top quality! I started with 16 oz and now I'm moving up to the next size!
