    Makes an amazing chocolate cake!

    Makes a great cup of hot cocoa, and an amazing chocolate cake. We use 1/2 aristocrat, and 1/2 jet black for a darker colored cake. Then use the aristocrat in the icing. Best icing is 3.5 T cornstarch, 3/4c milk and 3/4 cup sugar boiled until thick, then move to a clean bowl in an ice bath. Once cool, beat that in the mixer with 12T room temp butter, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 cup aristocrat cocoa powder. So light, fluffy, delicious and not too sweet. So bummed the price has quadrupled and is now more than Callebaut.

    Nice deep rich chocolate flavor. I add it to almond butter, with vanilla extract to make a chocolate butter spread. great for baking and shakes.
