Good Flavor, Too Weak, Way Too Much Blue Dye
While this tastes good, it requires a lot to impart the flavor (I used it for homemade hard seltzer). It also has blue dye in it which turns everything it touches extremely blue. The decision to change the color of the food or drink should be left up to the cook in my opinion.

Although I really like this flavoring, I might have thought twice about if it had been made more clear that it is also imparts a ferociously blue color to whatever it is added to. If yoo want blue color,, this is great!
