Not brandy
I'm not entirely sure what the flavor of this extract is, but it's not brandy. It reminds me butterscotch flavor. Might be good for some applications, but that's not what I was ordering. Waste of money.

Disgusting
I should have known as soon as I smelled it, but thought how much difference can there really be in brandy flavoring. Apparently a lot! I usually put a little brandy extract in my vanilla and chocolate cakes so when I ran out I was excited to find it here. Wow, just another subpar product. It ruined my cakes! 7 cakes in the garbage! So disappointed!
