Puffed amaranth
I really like the puffed amaranth, it makes a lovely cereal just adding a small bit of maple syrup and mixing it. It has a more nutty taste than the quinoa which I also like.

Favorite Breakfast
Good tasting and nutritious. Moisten with water, warm or room temp, add some flax oil and sea salt. Makes a healthy breakfast.
