Liquor Flavored Extracts

Alcohol Flavoring for Beverages, Baked Goods, Cooking

Frequently, bakers and cooks want to add the taste and aroma of liqueurs and other alcoholic drinks to their creations, without actually using liquor. Our Liquor Flavored Extracts are a perfect solution. Just like "regular" baking flavoring, these versatile ingredients are made on a water-soluble base and infused with the taste and aroma of popular liqueurs and alcoholic drinks, including cocktails and specialty flavors. Use our concentrated liquor flavored extracts to create baked goods, desserts, beverages and more, all with fantastic flavor and aroma. Our liquid alcohol flavoring is perfect for creating specialty menu items for commercial bakery, catering, and beverage manufacturing applications, and is great for home bakers and brewers looking to create fun and delicious treats.

Using Alcohol Flavoring for Baking

Liquor flavored extracts are used the same as "regular" baking flavors. Flavoring that reproduces the taste and aroma of liqueurs, mixed drinks, or other alcoholic beverages can be made using alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerine, or a combination of the three as a base. As with all extracts, an alcohol base will "bake off" at high temperatures, leaving behind only taste and aroma. In addition, many PG-based flavor extracts are truly non-alcoholic, making them ideal for use with specialty diet restrictions.
