BASIC PREPARATION: To fill (1) 9" pie crust (8 servings) use:

• 7 ounces Chocolate Cheesecake Mix
• 2/3 cup milk
• 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 9" pie crust

DIRECTIONS:

1. Beat Chocolate Cheesecake Mix and milk on medium-high speed in mixing bowl until very soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
2. Add cream cheese and continue beating several minutes on a higher speed until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
3. Spoon into desired pie crust, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
4. Serve cold. Top with whipped topping as desired.
