OliveNation chocolate extract will add and/or boost deep fudgy taste, aroma, and rich brown color in baked goods, beverages, desserts, and sauces. Made from alcohol, water, chocolate concentrate, and vanilla extract, the simple, all natural ingredients make this dark brown water soluble flavoring ideal for clean label commercial and retail bakery applications. Use our PG-free chocolate extract for baking rich, chocolatey cakes, cookies, cupcakes, macarons, brownies, and creamy desserts. This dark brown water soluble liquid flavor is ideal for boosting taste and aroma in cocoa-based recipes, as a replacement for vanilla flavoring, or as a complement to add depth to complex flavor profiles. Because this PG-free chocolate extract for baking and beverages contains alcohol, we recommend using only a small amount when flavoring low-heat and no-bake recipes such as frosting, ice cream, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages.

Bulk chocolate extract is perfect for commercial and retail bakeries, food or beverage manufacturers, and brewers. The rich brown color as well as complex, bittersweet chocolate flavor and aroma are great for use in cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cheesecake, cream pies, pudding, fillings, and frostings. This chocolate extract for baking also adds depth to other taste profiles like vanilla, peanut butter, caramel, maple, and berries. The PG-free, gluten free, certified Kosher, and vegan friendly formulation makes this flavoring great for clean label or specialty diet products.

Usage: For baking and beverage applications, use 3 ounces Chocolate Extract per 5 gallons of mix. To substitute Chocolate Extract for unsweetened chocolate in recipes, use 1 TBSP Chocolate Extract mixed with 1 TBSP shortening per 1 ounce of unsweetened chocolate.

    It's fantastic! I use it every morning in my iced coffee, along with the hazelnut or almond extract. Makes a great coffee without the kiosk cost.

    We make tons of macarons at my bakery and I absolutely LOVE Olive Nation for giving me high quality natural extracts and flavorings for them. I use SO many of them and one of the ones I use the most is the chocolate. It is fragrant, flavorful, consistent, and made with real chocolate that you can actually see as you get to the bottom of the bottle (which I have done MANY times over). I LOVE Olive Nation. They are a small company with consistency and integrity that is difficult to find these days. I recommend them to any and all bakers out there!
