Cotton Candy Extract
I’m a long time, experienced baker. I had a request to make cotton candy cupcakes for a thirteenth birthday celebration. I purchased it through Olive Nation. For the cupcake batter I added a half teaspoon. I added a teaspoon and a half to the buttercream frosting. It was a hit! The taste was right on the money for cotton candy. There was no aftertaste or bitterness. I recommend this extract for candy making or baking.
