Patis France Elfroy Custard Cream Mix saves time and effort when it comes to creating the light and fluffy cream fillings and desserts. This versatile powder is perfect for use in Bavarian cremes, souffles, and filled pastry. Made by gourmet food company Patisfrance, Elfroy custard cream mix is perfect for making tarts, cremes, souffles, and more. This versatile powder contains no egg products and is ready to use in 15 minutes. Elfroy instant pastry cream powder has a light flavor, but it can be enhanced with a few drops of flavoring or liqueur.
Directions for use:
- Pour 1 liter (33.5 oz) of cold water in mixing bowl. Add 380 to 400g (12.5-13.5 oz) of Patis France Elfroy Custard Cream Mix.
- Mix for 1 minute on low speed, then mix on high speed for 3 minutes.
- Let stand for a minimum of 10 minutes before use.
For a richer consistency, substitute whole milk or half and half for half of the water. The finished cream is refrigerator and freezer stable. Flavor as desired.

Perfect and convenient product
This product has so many possibilities if you have the knowledge and know how to use. I just love it.

Not recommended!
I thought this would be so great but it's way too glutenous and kinda rubbery. Not a good but fake artificial flavor as well. I wouldn't buy again and am throwing it out after having made it just once per instructions on internet. Sorry...it's just bad.

The Best!
I have made Pastry Creams from Scratch before and can believe that it has taken me so long to discover the powdered form, what used to take so long to make now can be made in a matter of moments....with better results. Elfroy Custard Cream Mix is now a "standard" in my pantry.
