Weak, off taste
I tried the English Toffee flavor in ice cream, and it was weak. Unfortunately adding more just brought out the bad/off after taste. I used 2 tsp in 1 1/4 c liquid. Its not worth experimenting more. Too bad.... The best for ice cream so far are the pure banana extract, and apple super flavor which apparently they don't have now.

for baking
I love to bake and I make cakes, pies and bars all the time and share them with my neighbors. They loved my English Toffee Cookie Bars. The flavor made them so much better. Yummy
