OliveNation hazelnut emulsion is great for flavoring cakes, frostings, fillings, sauces, and more. Use this thick liquid flavor as an extract substitute to add stronger flavor and richer aroma that stays consistent from batter to finished product. Our water-based hazelnut emulsion will not evaporate as quickly in high temperature applications, even at scale, making it ideal for retail bakery and food service applications as well as home use. The thick formulation is easy to mix and distributes evenly in batters and icings. Use our hazelnut emulsion for baking as a 1:1 substitute for hazelnut extract in most recipes for delicious nutty taste and aroma. Try it in cakes, cookies, fillings, frosting, icing, as well as sauces, glazes, and beverages. This versatile nut flavoring is also gluten free, vegan, and certified Kosher, making it an ideal way to add nutty flavor, aroma, and color to recipes formulated for specialty diets.

Hazelnut Emulsion
I wanted a hazelnut flavoring for my coffee that wasn't overpowered with sweetners. I figured I was going to have to make my own to get exactly what I wanted. I first tried the hazelnut extract but found the flavor lacking. I then tried the emulsion and it gave me more of the hazelnut flavor I was looking for. I make a batch by mixing 1 tsp of vanilla and 2 tsp hazelnut emulsion into a pint of fat free half and half.

Best way to flavor coffee
Best flavoring I have found for flavoring coffee. 1 tablespoon per standard 12 cup drip coffee maker. would be all 5's but for pricing.

Did you read the ingredients??
I ordered this product for Christmas baking. When I read the ingredient list, the first is water and there is NO hazelnut of any kind listed! What happened?
