smells and tastes like bubblegum
The smell and taste strongly evoke "bubblegum" for me, and I don't like that flavor. I do enjoy honeydew melons, so I guess something is just lost in the process of extracting the flavor.

SO GREAT FOR HONEY DEW ICE CREAM BAR
I finally can make Melon ice cream bars as I find in Asian Supermarkets, without the artificial ingredients and all the sugar! If one uses an ice cream machine there is no problem whatsoever with the alcohol content...and I use a lot! Delicious!!!

Tastes a little soapy, but flavors well!
I bought this to be able to make honeydew smoothies like the one in bubble tea shops, but without the artificial flavors and hydrogenated oil creamers. When combined with honeydew, this product performed very well and brought out the flavors of the actual fruit which are very subtle. However, if just used by itself, it has a rather soapy aftertaste and doesn't much resemble honeydew, at least not in smoothies.
