Ingredients:
- 8 oz. water
- 8 oz. Lemon Curd Mix
- 4 oz. unsalted butter
Directions:
- Bring the water to a boil and add Lemon Curd Mix.
- Return to a boil, whisking constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and stir well to combine.
- Pour into bowls and refrigerate to enjoy later. Or, let the lemon curd cool for immediate use in a dessert recipe.

Simple, fast delicious
This stuff is GREAT. I usually make fresh curd, and always keep a jar on hand, but can't always get it in rural America. This is fast, easy to mix, and really good. A great product!!
