Lime Oil for Baking and cooking
A little goes a long way! This Lime Oil has three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or "extracts". Lime Oil can be used in a wide variety of baking and confectionery applications. Highly concentrated, this aromatic oil should be used sparingly. In most baking applications a drop or two is sufficient. This oil is highly concentrated. We recommend that gloves and eye protection be used when handling lime or any other essential oils. Our Oil Lime is 100% lime oil and contains no additives or dilutants. It is Gluten Free & Sugar Free, contains natural Lime Oil and is insoluble in water. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings.

Very strong
After reading reviews, I have been tasting the oils I have been using. Just a little bit is still lingering in my mouth after 30 minutes with no sign of disappearing. Proceed carefully especially if combining with other lime flavorings.
