I really enjoy almond flavored pastries! This almond extract had no funky aftertaste at all! And with most extracts I can taste an off flavor when I add 2 or more teaspoons. This extract is perfect!! So delicious! I can’t wait to make more almond cookies & cakes! If you really enjoy almond anything definitely give this one a try. So happy I got 16oz to try. I’ll probably put some in my coffee too at some point—SO GOOD!
