BASIC PREPARATION - PANCAKES:
Per batch of 5-7 pancakes use:

  • 10.5 oz. Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • 2 eggs (for VEGAN option, use 1 ripe banana, mashed)
  • 1 TBSP + 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/3 cup water or milk (for VEGAN option, 2/3 cup vegan-friendly milk or milk replacer)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine eggs (or mashed banana for VEGAN option), oil, and water or milk.
  2. Add to dry mix. Blend well. If needed, add more liquid. Add mix-ins if desired.
  3. Pour batter onto pre-heated pan or griddle sprayed with non-stick spray.
  4. Cook each pancake until top edges show bubbles and bottom is golden. Flip and cook until bottom is golden.
