      Odd taste

Posted by Jeremy on Dec 8th 2023

I taste/smell two distinct notes in this. One is clearly pear, the other is something unpleasant I don't have a name for. Other reviewers have called it floral, but I would not. I know a good pear flavor is possible, as there was a time when Core briefly sold a pear-flavored water, but maybe they were just using pear juice. Maybe that's what I should look for.

      Better for sparkling waters

Posted by Linda Hodge on Aug 2nd 2018

I bought this to flavor water, because I don't drink nearly enough. In still water, the "floral" notes were overwhelming, and a bit much to take. HOWEVER - if you add 1/2t to 1L of carbonated or sparkling water - this is AMAZING!
