Love this extract!
It can be used in many ways. It has a true tangerine flavor, not bitter but not unnaturally sweet. I love to add it to iced tea for a different and refreshing taste!

Tangerine Extract is good
I would have greatly preferred to purchase pure food grade tangerine oil, without the added water and alcohol, since I have no use for these extra ingredients. The price for the four ounce bottle is at least double of what I would expect, but the flavor profile is good.
