- 1 cup OliveNation Sesame Sticks
- 2 cups Unsalted Cashews
- 2 cups Lightly Salted Peanuts
- 1 cup Raisins
Directions::
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Asian-Inspired Snack Mix
Ingredients:
- 2 cups OliveNation Sesame Sticks
- 2-1/2 cups Toasted Corn Cereal
- 1 cup OliveNation Wasabi Peas
- 3/4 cup Whole Almonds
- 4 tsp Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 cup Chopped OliveNation Dried Apricots
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- In a large bowl, combine cereal, sesame sticks, wasabi peas, and almonds. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir butter, vinegar, sunflower seeds, soy sauce, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper until butter melts and ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour over the dry ingredients and toss with a wooden spoon to evenly coat.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl.
- Stir in apricots and let the party mix cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
