Our nut extracts are great for baking and cooking both sweet and savory recipes, and are ideal for flavoring baked goods, frostings, fillings, sauces, and beverages. This 4-flavor collection is economical and convenient, and makes an easy gift for any baker or cook. Each set contains a 4-oz bottle of these 4 extracts:

• Pure Almond Extract: Our clear Almond Extract has a strong yet delicate almond flavor and aroma. It's made from alcohol and natural oil of bitter almond and contains no chemicals or additives. This versatile oil is perfect for flavoring cookies (essential for traditional Italian Amaretti and Biscotti), pies, muffins, cakes, and frostings. It also makes a great substitute for almond-based liqueurs like Amaretto in recipes by replacing 1 TBSP of almond liqueur with 1/2 tsp of our Almond Extract.
• Black Walnut Flavor Extract - TTB, PG Free: This delicious flavoring brings the best of the insense and rich taste of black walnuts to recipes. Use this extract in breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, frostings, and beverages. Black walnut flavoring is great for ice cream and in a wide range of savory sauces, especially for poultry.
• Hazelnut Extract - PG Free: Our sugar-free hazelnut extract can be used in cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, fillings, and sauces. Hazelnut is also a popular beverage flavoring, and this versatile extract can be added directly to brewed coffee or sprayed on the beans prior to grinding. When applied to whole coffee beans, we recommend using it at a level of approximately 3.00% by weight. In brewed coffee, 1/2 teaspoon is more than enough to flavor 10 - 12 cups. Contains caramel color.
• Pistachio Flavor Extract - PG Free, Natural: OliveNation's pistachio extract is made from natural flavors for authentic pistachio taste and aroma. Excellent in ice cream, baked goods, and beverages, you can also substitute our sugar-free pistachio flavor extract for vanilla extract in cake and cookie recipes for a sweet and delicate nutty note. It is also delicious in coffee, whipped cream toppings, chocolate syrup, and icings.
