Order Tracking
As soon as an order is placed, you will receive an email from OliveNation with the Order Number. When the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an additional email with the carrier's Tracking Number. Domestic shipments may be tracked on the carriers' websites as follows, using the Tracking Number (not Order Number) provided:

Free Shipping
OliveNation offers Free Standard Shipping* on orders totaling more than $50 (after coupons and discounts are applied). Free Shipping is applied automatically and no coupon is required. Free Shipping can be used in conjunction with promotional coupons and discounts but applies to the final total after all discounts are applied.
*Some exclusions apply to OliveNation's Free Shipping offer:
- Free Shipping cannot be applied to orders shipping outside the Continental United States.
- Free Shipping cannot be applied to orders where expedited shipping is requested or required.
- During Chocolate/Meltables Special Shipping periods, Free Shipping cannot be applied to orders containing Chocolate or Meltable products.
- Certain products are ineligible for Free Shipping:

Domestic Shipping
OliveNation offers Domestic shipping within the Continental US, to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and to APOs and FPOs. For delivery outside these areas, see our list of countries to which we offer international shipping. All orders are shipped from Avon, MA.
Our Free shipping offer applies only to standard shipping within continental US for orders $50 (after promotional discounts) or more.
OliveNation offers a selection of shipping methods for orders under 150 pounds. For shipping orders over 150 pounds, see our Freight/LTL Shipping information.
OliveNation offers the following services for Domestic Shipping*:
- Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage (Business or Residential Addresses): 2-5 business days.
- FedEx Home Delivery (Residential Addresses only): 1-5 Days.
- FedEx Express Saver (Business or Residential Addresses): 3 Days. Continental US ONLY.
- FedEx 2nd Day (Business or Residential Addresses): 2 Days.
- FedEx Standard Overnight (Business or Residential Addresses): Next Day
We also offer on-site pickup at our location for local orders only.
Customers who wish to arrange their own shipping can provide SP (Small Parcel) labels or LTL BOLs.

- Bulk and wholesale orders generally ship 3-5 days after placement.
- We are unable to re-route packages once they have left our premises.
- We will issue a refund for the order amount less shipping and handling fees when the package is returned to us by the carrier.
- Prices are based on total weight of the package and the destination distance from Avon, MA.
- Orders are shipped after payments are received/cleared from the credit card issuing bank or PayPal or Amazon. Typically, payments are received/cleared instantaneously; however, in some rare cases with PayPal or Amazon, the payment does not clear for a few days. In those few situations, shipments are held until the payment clears.
International Shipping
OliveNation offers International Shipping through the following vendors to the countries, territories, and regions indicated below. Special terms and exclusions* apply.
- FedEx: Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
- EPost: Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom.
* OliveNation International shipping special terms and exclusions:
- OliveNation does NOT offer returns or exchanges or refunds for orders shipped internationally.
- OliveNation is NOT responsible for international shipping delays or lost international shipments.
- OliveNation is NOT responsible for additional duties or taxes or charges on international orders.
- OliveNation does not ship Chocolate/Meltables internationally during periods when Special Shipping for Chocolate/Meltables is in effect.
Freight/LTL Shipping
Orders that total more than 150 pounds are shipped LTL ("Less Than Truckload"). All LTL shipments are palletized and must be shipped to a business address. In order to receive OliveNation LTL shipments, businesses must have either a standard height dock or the customer must have a forklift.
Prior to receiving shipments, customers must confirm their shipping details, including dock hours, contact name, and contact phone number.
Please note that LTL shipments are limited to business addresses within the continental United States. LTL shipments outside the continental US must be arranged by the customer.

Customer-Arranged Delivery
Both business and residential customers are free to arrange their own shipments for Domestic and International orders by providing SP (Small Parcel) labels or LTL BOLs. Please contact customer service for details and assistance.
Special Shipping for Chocolate/Meltables
- In zip/post codes deemed to be experiencing high temperatures, all Chocolate/Meltable products are shipped via express service (FedEx 2nd Day).
- Chocolate and meltable products are sometimes shipped separately from non-meltable items.
- There is a special handling charge for these items and Free Shipping rules DO NOT apply.

Does OliveNation offer Free Shipping?

My order is more than $50, why didn't I get Free Shipping?
OliveNation's offer for free shipping is valid only on orders shipping within the continental US that total more than $50 after any promotional discounts or coupons are applied. Exclusions and limits apply. Please note that the offer of free shipping does not apply during periods when Special Shipping for Chocolate/Meltables is in effect.
Where do you ship to?
OliveNation offers Domestic shipping within the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We currently offer International shipping to a select list of countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the final weight of the package and the destination address. To learn the cost of an order to your location please add the items to your cart. Shipping prices for available options will be shown in the shipping method selection box.
How fast can I get my order?
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, except for express/expedited shipments. Express/expedited orders will arrive depending on the service method you select.
I used the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change it?
We are happy to update the shipping address on your order before your package is released to the carrier. However, we are not able to intercept or reroute packages after they have been shipped. To change the shipping address on orders that have not yet shipped, please contact customer service for assistance and have the account name and order number ready.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Both business and residential customers are free to arrange their own shipments for Domestic and International orders. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Reasons for non-delivery can include insufficient address, address vacant, lack of mail receptacle, lack of forwarding address, and delivery refusals. Deliveries can sometimes be held at carrier locations for pickup. If carrier instructions for order tracking do not resolve the issue, contact OliveNation customer service for assistance.
