Our all time favorite
I usually don't write reviews, but when reordering, I saw the previous comment and had to say something. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. Tahitian vanilla paste is our bakery's most used product. We also use regular vanilla bean paste, but the Tahitian has more fruity notes, and the final product has a more delicate aroma. That "superior" NM brand the other customer refers to is loaded with sugar!!! Because we ACTUALLY care about our customers and their health, we use this pure version from Olivenation.

Don't buy this
I've been purchasing a very well known vanilla brand that starts with the letter N. However, I decided to save a few dollars and purchase this brand from Olive Nation, the 32 fl oz. The smell is nowhere nice as the other brand and the taste is... I'm not sure how to describe it but there's a strange chemical smell when I used it in my frosting -almost metallic tasting. I baked a lot -hundreds of cookies, cupcakes, macarons, bars etc. I used this for the past weekend's bakes and my regular customers knew i did something different and they did not like it. Only buy if you're willing to risk the flavor/taste change. I'm pretty upset that I spent $100 when NM is $96 on Amazon atm. I'm not sure what to do with this bottle that I can't use for my customers. Buy at your own risk
