Tomato Powder...VERY versatile
In addition to my previous review, I must say that I have found countless uses for this, and that this is my third order. I ordered 20lbs each time. I feel confident keeping plenty of this on hand. Spaghetti sauce, tomato soup, chili, enchilada sauce, homemade V8 juice, vegetable soup & red German gravy, just to name a few. The uses are endless!

Tomato Powder
This has a wonderful flavor! I mix it in y blender with hot water, 1/2 tsp chicken soup base, 1 tsp powdered milk, salt and pepper, for a nice cup of tomato soup. It is thick and creamy like canned tomato soup, except that it had a much better tomato flavor. I have been trying out recipes using dried and powdered ingredients to stock my weekend off-grid cabin. This tomato soup recipe is a winner!!! Also, Olive Nation's price is the best by far!!
