Very Helpful For Bread...
I use this when making bread. It produces a very nice loaf. This ingredient is very hard to find and I am glad I can buy it online from Olive Nation.

Not a good protein supplement
This is mostly on me, for not looking up what sweet whey is. Looking at the spec sheet, this product is 66% sugar. Out of 100 grams of powder, there are only 12 grams of protein. For a protein shake with 30g of protein, you would need an absurd 250g of powder, which would contain 165g of sugar! That is 618 calories. Not only would this taste horrible (it’s not sweet), it would be unhealthy to consume regular as a workout supplement because of the high sugar content. Do not use this as protein powder! For cooking I’m sure it’s fine. I used it in pancakes and they were very good. On its own or in high concentrations, the flavor is like milk near its expiry. However it is easily masked with other ingredients and contributes some decent dairy flavor. I am docking 1 star because I wouldn’t call it sweet, but otherwise there’s nothing wrong with it. Very fine, dry powder. No clumps, color is very consistent. Just be aware of your intended use case.
