How well do the white chocolate discs melt? Our white dipping chocolate discs contain the perfect balance of liquidity for even melting. This is a very forgiving chocolate.
How to melt white chocolate: Just melt white chocolate discs to 105-110F in a double boiler or microwave on medium power. Stir frequently. Remember, microwave oven cooking times vary, depending on the power of your oven. Be sure not to exceed 125F.
Storage: For best results, store white dipping chocolate in a dry place at a temperature between 60-65F.
What are some ways to use white dipping chocolate?
• White chocolate lollipops: Just melt white chocolate discs, pour into candy molds, and add a lollipop stick. You can even incorporate food coloring to make colorful white chocolate lollipops.
• White chocolate for fondue and dipping: Make a simple and delectable dessert. Simply melt the white chocolate and dip marshmallows, fruit, and other bite-sized treats. It will be a hit with party guests.
• White chocolate-covered pretzels or white chocolate-covered strawberries: These make a delicious gift and are so easy to make. Just dip the pretzels/strawberries in melted white chocolate and let them harden on parchment paper or a baking mat. You can use only white chocolate or combine it with dark chocolate for a beautiful result. First dip your pretzels/strawberries in dark chocolate and let them harden. Then drizzle white chocolate on top using a pastry bag and thin pastry tip.

Unacceptable ingredients
I looked for the ingredients of this product online before purchasing and didn't find them. I took a risk and ordered some anyway. Turns out the product contains hydrogenated palm kernel oil, which I will not use for health and sustainability reasons. So as a test for use in my commercial chocolates business, this purchase was a waste. Ingredients as listed on the package: Sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, butter milk, cocoa butter, natural canola oil, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin, sorbitan tristearate), salt, natural vanilla extract.
